Who we are

Rosalynd Marketing, a sole trader business owned by Sussy Sáenz, Business ID 2991942-4, Mechelininkatu 2B 49, 00100 Helsinki, Finland. Contact: sussy@rosalynd.marketing. Rosalynd Marketing is the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect and why

• Contact form and email: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), and whatever you write in the message. We use this to answer you and, if we work together, to run the engagement. Legal basis: your consent when you send the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
• Newsletter: your email address and name, if given. Used only to send the Shortlisted. Legal basis: consent. You can unsubscribe from any issue.
• Client engagement data: names, work contact details, and correspondence of the people we work with at a client organization. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interest in delivering it.
• Website analytics: anonymized usage data through cookies, as described in the cookie policy. Legal basis: consent.

We do not collect special categories of personal data, and we do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

How long do we keep it

• Inquiries that do not become engagements: 12 months, then deleted.
• Client records: for the duration of the engagement and 6 years afterward, to meet Finnish accounting obligations.
• Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.

Who else sees it

We use service providers who process data on our behalf: our website host (Hostinger), our email provider, LinkedIn for the newsletter, and our accountant for invoicing records. Each processes data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@rosalynd.marketing, and we will respond within 30 days.

If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you may file a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi.

Security

Data is held in access-controlled systems with unique credentials and, where available, 2-factor authentication. Only Sussy Sáenz has access to client and inquiry data. Any breach affecting personal data is reported to the Data Protection Ombudsman within 72 hours and to affected individuals where the risk requires it.
